1. Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the Loyalty Program, customers must sign up in person or online. Upon enrollment, members will receive a digital Loyalty Card, which must be presented during each visit to our restaurant and in order to accumulate points.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned based on the total amount you spend at Opposite (after any discounts), with 1 point being equal to 1 euro. Points can only be earned on eligible purchases, excluding tips or other non-qualifying items such as gift cards.
4. Membership Tiers
The Loyalty Program includes Bronze, Silver and Gold Tiers with benefits increasing at each level based on points accumulated. Tier eligibility is updated based on annual spend. Full details on each tier’s benefits and requirements are available in the program brochure.
5. Expiration of points
If no qualifying purchases are made for 12 months after the issuance of the Loyalty card, points will be forfeited and the membership tier will be downgraded.
6. Non-Transferability
Membership and points earned are non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined with another account.
7. Lost Cards
Members are responsible for the safe-keeping of their loyalty card which will be in digital form only. Lost cards should be reported and a replacement card can be issued.
8. Program Changes
The restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
9. Account Termination
The restaurant reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation in the Loyalty Program if it determines that the member has violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior.
10. Privacy
By enrolling in the program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes related to the Loyalty Program.
